In Year 4, Theme Group 6 members continued addressing Indigenous policy and knowledge translation and implementation of the ON NEIHR evaluation. On-going monthly meetings (approximately 9 total meetings with all group members over Year 4, not including individual group meetings among separate partnerships) created space for collaboration, discussions, planning and executing of policy briefs, and refining and rolling out the ON NEIHR evaluation plan. These activities included the NPI, Elders, researchers, community partners, students, post-doctoral fellows, and research assistants. Presentations at two international conferences and the annual Indigenous Health Symposium in October 2023 are some of the theme’s outputs. The ongoing efforts of this group culminate in projects that will take place outside in the months of Year 4, primarily for the ON NEIHR Evaluation, which will run from April to its completion in September 2024. Total community and academic outputs for Theme Group 6 for Year is 18, including 8 publications and 10 presentations, detailed below.
